Scoateti din dispenser fiecare surub folosind surubelnita si verificati stabilitatea conectarii sale inainte de a o introduce in cavitatea bucala; strapungeti osul cu freza sterila calibrata în punctul ales pentru introducerea surubului, cu o adancime nu mai mare decat lungimea surubului.

Strangeti surubul în partea de jos pentru a fixa lamela, apoi scoateti surubelnita.

La sfarsitul interventiei, curatati si dezinfectati instrumentele utilizate si sterilizati-le in autoclav.

Cand suruburile sunt scoase ulterior, acestea nu trebuie reutilizate.
