1. INNOVATIVE POLYMERISATION TECHNOLOGY

Light-curing cement offers a long working time, which facilitates the simultaneous application of multiple facings. "PANAVIA™ V5" Tooth Primer seals the adhesive interface by immediate polymerisation on contact with the paste (touch-cure). The result is a strong and durable bond.

2. OPTIMISED HANDLING

Proper paste viscosity and consistency allow for easier dispensing and proper application of the restoration, while the one-second tack-cure function allows for easy removal of excess cement.

3. HIGH AESTHETICS

Low film thickness and good polishing ability allow users to create smooth edges. The four different shades selected with high colour stability provide a durable aesthetic. Matching test pastes make it easy to select the right shade.

INDICATIONS:

PANAVIA™ Veneer LC can be used for permanent cementation of veneers, inlays and onlays with a thickness of less than 2 mm.

INNOVATIVE POLYMERISATION TECHNOLOGY

A facade cement must provide a long working time and yet achieve a strong, stable bond over time. Kuraray Noritake Dental has developed a way to use touch-cure technology in a light-curing cement to offer both technologies.

PANAVIA™

Veneer LC is a photo-cured resin cement that provides excellent stability in ambient light, resulting in a working time of 200 seconds. This allows you to apply multiple facets simultaneously without having to rush because of the socket. Curing can be started whenever you are ready.

PANAVIA™ V5 Tooth Primer is a self-etching adhesive for tooth structure (dentin and enamel) that safely seals the bonded interface to the tooth as soon as PANAVIA™ Veneer LC Paste is applied to it. This touch-cure technology initiates polymerization only at the adhesive interface and creates a strong bond to enamel and dentin, but does not affect the cement setting reaction. High adhesive strength to restorative materials is achieved by using the established CLEARFIL™ CERAMIC PRIMER PLUS.

OPTIMIZED HANDLING:

It is possible to reduce the time and effort involved in applying the facade with a cement that supports homogeneous cement application, easy positioning of the facade and removal of excess, as well as fast polishing. "PANAVIA™ Veneer LC" provides all the necessary features and gives high control due to the specially designed application tip.

DOES NOT STICK TO THE APPLICATOR TIP:

Resin cement provides excellent and ideal consistency for easy and safe application along the interior surface of the work as it does not stick to the applicator tip due to nanocluster filler technology.

IDEAL CONSISTENCY: New spherical silicon dioxide cement fillers ensure the material stays where it is applied, but flows well when the face is applied pedically for easy positioning without shifting or sinking.

EASY REMOVAL OF EXCESS: Excess cement can be removed in one piece, with a probe, after one second of tack-cure.

HIGH AESTHETICS:

Due in general to their minimal thickness and high translucency, the aesthetic appearance of the facings is strongly influenced by the colour of the cement. It is therefore essential to use a resin cement that is chromatically stable and produces edges that remain undetectable over time. "PANAVIA™ Veneer LC meets these requirements.

APPROPRIATE SAMPLE PASTES

"PANAVIA™ V5" Try-In Paste corresponds to the shades of "PANAVIA™ Veneer LC" and allows to simulate the final appearance.

MINIMUM LAYER THICKNESS

Due to its fluidity and low film thickness, "PANAVIA™ Veneer LC" produces a thin, evenly distributed cement layer that contributes to an easy, interference-free application and highly aesthetic edges.

Superior polishing ability and excellent gloss retention sustain aesthetic edges over time.
