Arti-Brux is a red occlusal indicator used for:
- static and dynamic occlusion control on restorations, prostheses and occlusal splints
- short term occlusion control (maximum 24 hours)
Arti-Brux is applied with a brush (disposable product) to the occlusal surfaces to be tested. After drying, Arti-Brux forms a saliva-resistant, thin and uniform layer. To diagnose parafunction (especially bruxism), Arti-Brux should be applied to the hard splint. Due to colour abrasions, areas of interference and premature contacts.
