Terra Dent offers maintenance and repair services for dental equipment sold under warranty or post-warranty. This department is made up of experienced technicians (even more than 15 years), who are constantly improving their skills through specialisation courses organised by manufacturers.

Important!
Equipment and handpieces sent for repair must meet all hygiene requirements - cleaning, disinfection, sterilization.
It is recommended to send / deliver the defective product in its original packaging. If this is not possible, the product must be properly packed to avoid damage during transport. Terra Dent does not assume any liability for damage to the equipment during transport due to improper packaging.
In case of equipment with more than one component, the equipment must be shipped complete with batteries, power cords, chargers, etc.
Spare parts
Parts used during repairs are original or after market parts, depending on the customer's wishes.
Repair warranty: 3 months for handpieces and equipment (if used properly)
6 months for rotors
Time-period for intervention:
- for products under warranty, as soon as possible, usually 48h after written request
- for products out of warranty, as soon as possible, depending on availability and in order of request
(The warranty cannot be invoked in the event of improper or incorrect use of the product. Within 12 hours from the delivery of the product, in case of detection of any malfunction, the customer may request our company to return the product(s), only in the original packaging and together with the original documents of the respective order. In this case, the customer can have the product replaced with an identical one or - if this is not possible - receive back the amount paid for the product. The return and transport costs will be borne by the Consumer).
Prices:
travel cost: 1 leu / km (+VAT), the distance being calculated as one round trip (except for the trips in Bucharest, Cluj-Napoca and Cluj. Ilfov.
labour cost: 210 lei/h chargeable every 30 minutes in Bucharest/Cluj, and hourly chargeable when travelling.
