According to the Emergency Ordinance No 34/2014 on consumer rights in distance contracts: The consumer has the right to withdraw from this contract, without having to justify the decision to withdraw and without incurring any costs other than those provided for in art.13 paragraph (3) and art.14 of GEO No.34/2014, within 14 calendar days from the day he/she takes physical possession of the product. The return costs are borne by the consumer. The returned product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered (with all accessories, with intact labels and accompanying documents). We do not accept for return, products that show physical alterations, dents, scratches, dents, shocks, traces of excessive use and/or unauthorized interventions, etc. We do not accept the return of Personal Care products if they have been used, unsealed or tested, on grounds of customer health protection or hygiene.
Potential problems
Any problems related to compatibility between products purchased from the TERRADENT SRL online store and others that the Buyer owns or is going to purchase are not the responsibility of the Seller. Following the Seller receiving the notification of unilateral termination of the contract by the Buyer, conditional on the return of the product (without signs of damage, wear or consumption), the Buyer will be refunded the amount received for the product in question, within 14 calendar days, with the deduction of the costs of returning the goods. The Seller has the right to claim damages from the Buyer, in accordance with applicable law, when it considers that the Buyer's actions were with malicious intent. The Seller has the right to refuse the return if the Buyer abuses the policy of not buying.
