By using the TERRADENT.RO website, the visitor or, as the case may be, the legal entity buyer - doctor or dental technician (hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer") agrees to the Terms and Conditions described below (hereinafter referred to as the "Contract").

The Contract applies to all sales of goods and services through TERRA DENT and, once concluded, can only be amended with the written consent of both parties.

The Contract may be modified unilaterally by the Seller in accordance with legal developments, without the obligation to give prior notice.

By creating an account and/or placing an order, the Buyer agrees to receive electronic commercial messages from the Seller to the email address provided, understanding that as a result of the contractual relationship between the parties (relationship between professionals), the Seller may thus use the email address provided as Buyer information.

When placing an order on the TERRADENT.RO online shop, the Buyer, as a professional, agrees to register an account on the email address specified in the special field for generating the account and to the method of electronic communication via email and/or telephone regarding the order placed and future campaigns, discounts, offers and events organised by the Seller.

When creating an account on the TERRADENT.RO online shop, the Buyer agrees to the specific methods of communication, i.e. e-mail/telephone regarding future orders placed through the account and future campaigns, discounts, offers and events organised by the Seller.

The submission of the order on the website will be followed by the receipt of an automatic email that only certifies the placement of the order. Any telephone discussions, email communications or any other methods of remote communication with the Seller's representatives confirming the delivery of the products constitute firm acceptance of the order and, implicitly, signify the conclusion of the contract between professionals. If the professional dentist or dental technician is not contacted by a TERRADENT representative, the contract will not be considered concluded, without any obligation on the part of the Seller, the Buyer understanding that the mere automatic confirmation of the order immediately after placement does not generate contractual obligations on the part of TERRADENT.

TERRADENT.RO does not assume responsibility for any display errors occurring on the site, for graphics displayed on the site that prove to be erroneous or cannot be viewed, nor for the proper functioning of external sources of content referred to in the materials presented on the site, and is in no way involved in their management. The images are for information purposes only and do not fully reflect the offers and prices displayed and do not create contractual obligations.

Order processing and confirmation

The Seller will check the order and will communicate the result to the Buyer. The transmission by email or telephone by the Seller of the delivery notification/confirmation of delivery to the Buyer, without requiring any acknowledgement of receipt by the Buyer, constitutes the moment of the remote Contract conclusion.

For products with "Request offer" status, it is mandatory to check actual availability with the Seller, and the Buyer is invited to contact TERRA DENT using the information available in the "Contact" section if he/she is interested in purchasing such a product.

Products contained in orders accepted by the Seller will be delivered according to the stipulated terms of payment and delivery.

The Buyer may cancel an order by contacting the Seller using the information in the "Contact" section before receiving the delivery notification message by sending an email to The Buyer can also cancel an order directly through his account within 1 hour of placing the order. In both cases the cancellation of the order can only operate if it does not already have the status "completed". The buyer can return the product(s) by following the procedure described in the section "Returning products".

Contract duration

This contract is concluded for a fixed term, i.e. for the duration necessary for the delivery of the order placed through the TERRADENT.RO online shop. Once the order has been delivered, the contract shall be deemed to have been honoured, and the Seller shall be liable only for the legal and contractual obligations arising after delivery of the product and until the expiry of the warranty period of the purchased product.

Invoicing of orders

Each confirmed order specifies the products, prices, payment method and term. The Seller shall issue the Buyer with a corresponding tax invoice for the goods and services delivered. The Buyer is obliged to provide all the correct information necessary to issue the tax invoice in accordance with the legislation in force.

The invoice shall circulate without the Seller's signature and stamp according to the tax code in force. The customer considers the invoice as accepted and received with the receipt of the goods and the signature of the delivery document (i.e. the courier's AWB) without the need to sign and stamp the invoice in case of sending the goods by courier.

Prices and product information

The prices presented in the TERRADENT.RO online shop include VAT (19% and 9%). The prices do not include delivery costs, unless this is specified on the product page, at the time of order completion or, as the case may be, within the framework of the various time-limited campaigns organized by the Seller.

Our efforts to list accurate prices are major. However, certain products in our catalogue may have incorrect prices. For these products, if the correct price is at least 20% higher than the price listed in our catalogue, we reserve the right to contact you personally in order to remedy the situation created, in order to maintain your intention to purchase from the TERRA DENT website but with regard to another product whose price is correctly calculated or, if applicable, to cancel your order.

The invoice will be issued on the basis of the specifications in the message confirming the conclusion of the Contract, i.e. it will include the price specified in this message. The content of the website (texts, product names and descriptions, technical characteristics, images, symbols) is compiled in collaboration with the representatives of the manufacturers/suppliers of the listed products and may be incomplete for reasons of space and/or information structure. For this reason, the Seller does not assume responsibility for the completeness of the product descriptions presented on the site.

The Seller and its suppliers reserve the right to change the technical specifications of the products without prior notice to visitors/buyers.

The images of the products are presented in the TERRADENT.RO online shop as an example and may differ from the products delivered, i.e. the product delivered may have a different colour from that shown on the website.


The prices shown in the TERRA DENT online shop include VAT of 19% and 9% respectively, in accordance with legal provisions. The prices do not include delivery costs, unless specified on the product page, at the time of order completion or, where applicable, in the framework of the various time-limited campaigns organised by the Seller.

The Seller reserves the right to request full payment in advance for products supplied by TERRA DENT on the basis of the Buyer's order, more specifically for those products in the description of which the words "To order" appear. In this case, supply and delivery will be made only after full payment of the order has been received.

The accepted methods of payment are:

Delivery of orders

The Seller undertakes to send to the Buyer the products contained in the order accepted in door-to-door courier system, to a delivery address on the Romanian territory, respecting the delivery terms established at the time of acceptance of the order.

Delivery for products in certain promotions will be made according to the rules of the respective promotion, available in full on the website

The seller will apply the price communicated before each delivery, and in the case of products on promotion, in accordance with the regulations of the promotions active on the site at the time of placing the order.

The seller will properly package the products and will send the following accompanying documents: tax invoice, user manuals provided by the manufacturer or importer, as appropriate.

The buyer must notify by email to or by telephone on 021 316 4183, the absence of any of these documents within 48 hours of receipt of the products, otherwise all these are considered communicated.

In cases where the Buyer is not found at the mentioned delivery address within the mutually agreed time, the courier will contact the Buyer to agree on the details of a new delivery.

If the delivery is not completed after the second attempt, the parcel will be returned to the Seller, who will cancel the order.

If the deadlines for dispatch or delivery of the order cannot be met, the Seller will notify the Buyer at the latest on the date set for delivery of the estimated time for completion of delivery. If the new delivery term exceeds 90 calendar days, the modification of the term is subject to the Buyer's acceptance and if the Buyer does not accept it, the order will be cancelled and the Seller will refund the Buyer the corresponding amounts received in advance.

If the invoicing and delivery information provided by the Buyer is erroneous or incomplete, the Seller does not guarantee compliance with delivery deadlines. If the data is not corrected within 24 hours and a new delivery date is not set, the Seller does not guarantee compliance with the delivery date.

If the data is not corrected within 24 hours and a new delivery date is not set, the Seller reserves the right to cancel the order.

Ownership of the goods shall be transferred upon delivery of the goods to the indicated address (assuming signature of receipt of the transport document provided by the courier or signature of receipt of the invoice in the case of deliveries made directly by the Seller) and full payment of the corresponding payment.

The Seller will not authorise the courier to allow the parcel to be opened until after the signature of receipt and payment of any countervalue.

If the parcels show visible damage upon receipt by courier, we recommend the Buyer to refuse receipt and to report this incident immediately, no later than 24 hours after refusal of receipt by email to Any subsequent complaint regarding this matter is null and void and cannot be taken into consideration.


Products purchased through TERRA DENT are new, in original packaging and benefit from warranty, according to the legal provisions in force and the commercial policies of the manufacturers. The warranty period starts from the moment the product is invoiced.

The warranty is valid only in Romania, unless otherwise specified in the commercial warranty certificate.

In addition to any other warranties provided by applicable laws and detailed in the warranty certificate issued by the Manufacturer/Importer or Seller, it warrants the Buyer against any non-conformity that may affect all or part of the goods and services, except normal wear and tear, for a period from the date of issue of the sales invoice, according to the warranty certificate. Exception is made for consumables, which are not covered by the warranty.

The Buyer is fully responsible for the installation and use of the products, according to the instructions provided in the documentation supplied by the manufacturer/importer, the Seller providing warranty only for production defects or in case of non-conformity with the technical specifications presented on the site or, as the case may be, in the specific documentation.

In the case of unjustified warranty claims, the Seller reserves the right to oblige the Buyer to pay the cost of the product diagnostic work and the corresponding transport charges.

Products purchased through this website benefit from the warranty given by each brand. Thus, each product will be accompanied by the manufacturer's warranty certificate (where applicable).

The warranty cannot be invoked in the event of improper or incorrect use of the product. Within 12 hours after delivery of the product, in the event of any malfunction, the customer may request our company to return the product(s), only in the original packaging and together with the original documents of the respective order. In this case, the customer can have the product replaced with an identical one or - if this is not possible - receive back the amount paid for the product. The return and transport costs will be borne by the Consumer.

The Buyer can obtain more information about the product warranty in the "Warranty" section.

Returning products

The legal entity buyer can request the return of products purchased from the TERRADENT.RO online store in the following situations:

The products do not comply with the specifications on the website

The products were delivered in error by the Seller. In case of delivery of another product or in another quantity, you must report the incident to the Seller within 24 hours to resolve the incident. If the product is no longer in stock, the Buyer can choose to replace it with another product or to get a full refund.

Products are found to be non-functional within 48 hours of receipt (two working days).

The Buyer may complain about this and request the return of the product for replacement with a new product. If the product is no longer in stock, the Buyer may choose to replace it with another product or receive a full refund.

Regardless of the situation, the procedure for returning products involves notifying the Seller before sending the product, by a message describing the cause of the return, sent to the e-mail address

Products must be returned in the condition in which they were received, accompanied by all accessories and documents received upon delivery of the products.

The return will be refused in case of damage to the products or if the Seller finds that the products are unsaleable.

The products will be returned by courier service agreed by the Seller to the address of the working point in Amilcar C. Sandulescu, nr.4A, Bucharest.

If the lack of conformity of the product is confirmed, the Buyer may opt for a full refund or for replacement with another product. If the replacement with a more expensive product is agreed, the Buyer will pay the difference in price, respectively if the value of the replacement product will be lower, the Buyer will receive the corresponding partial refund. All return and transport costs will be borne by the Seller.

In cases other than those described above, customers may return purchased products within 14 calendar days of receipt without penalty and without giving any reason. The return of products will be at the customer's expense. will return the value of the returned products within 14 days from the date of written termination of the contract. The amount returned includes ONLY THE PRICE OF THE RETURNED PRODUCTS.

"For orders paid by card, the amount will be refunded to the same card used for the transaction, within 14 days from the acceptance of the returned product."

"For orders paid by PO the amount will be refunded to the same account used for the transaction, within 14 days of the acceptance of the returned product."

"For orders paid with cash at headquarters the amount will be refunded in cash up to 5000 lei, the difference will be returned to the account made available by the buyer, within 14 days from the acceptance of the returned product."

"For orders paid by card, the amount will be refunded to the same card used for the transaction, within 14 days of acceptance of the returned product."

"For orders paid by cash on delivery, the amount will be returned to the account provided by the buyer, within 14 days of acceptance of the returned product.

"The consumer has the right to notify the trader in writing that he/she renounces the purchase, without penalty and without giving any reason, within 14 calendar days of receiving the product or, in the case of services, of the conclusion of the contract in accordance with OG 34/2014", by filling in the RETURN FORM or by sending a request by email to on his/her decision to renounce the pre-ordered products.

This right of return applies only to products ordered and paid for through the website.

The consumer may NOT unilaterally report (under the terms of O.G.34 /2014) contracts for the supply of products which, by their nature, cannot be returned or which may degrade or deteriorate quickly, intimate hygiene products and products that come into contact with mucous membranes (for example: mouth pumps, dental guards, irrigators, mugs, teething objects, rectal thermometers, nebulizers, oral / nasal aspirators, etc.. ); and which have been unsealed by the consumer; the supply of products whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market; the supply of products made to the specifications requested by the consumer; the supply of products which are, after delivery, by their nature inseparably mixed with other such items; contracts where the consumer has specifically requested the trader to come to his home to carry out urgent repair or maintenance work; contracts concluded under invitations to tender;

In accordance with O.G. 34/2014, the consumer's right of return is NOT addressed to LEGAL PERSONS, nor for cases where products are pre-ordered, paid for and collected from TERRA DENT's premises, with the exception of products that are pre-ordered, paid for and not collected from's premises.

The customer has the right to opt only once for the return/replacement of a product under the terms of O.G. 34/2014. In the case of return/replacement of products following the cancellation of the purchase, the return/replacement costs are borne directly by the customer.

Repeated refusal to purchase may be considered an abuse.

NOTE: In any case of return of products, they must be in the same condition, in the original packaging and box, with the seal and labels intact, not worn, used, worn out and together with all the documents that accompanied it (invoice, tax receipt, guarantee certificates, etc.).


Agreement to receive electronic commercial messages in accordance with Law No 365/2002 on electronic commerce

The Buyer agrees to receive electronic commercial messages from the Seller to the email address provided when placing an order or creating an account. The Buyer has the possibility to modify at any time the information provided by the Professional Buyer and to filter the messages he/she wishes to receive from the Seller, by accessing the online section "My Account" and logging into his/her personal account.

Intellectual property rights

The processing of your personal data as a customer of TERRA DENT SRL is carried out in accordance with the legal provisions on the protection of personal data applicable to relations between professionals. For complete information on the personal data processing activity carried out by TERRA DENT SRL, as data controller, we invite you to consult the "Personal data protection" section.

TERRADENT.RO undertakes to comply with the principles laid down by the applicable legislation on personal data protection.

For the purposes of this contract, the data subject to processing may refer to: data of the parties' representatives, i.e. name and surname, e-mail address, contact data for identifying a person at delivery, etc.

The processing may not be extended to other purposes, unless the parties expressly agree or there is a legal obligation entitling either party to process the data.

TERRADENT.RO is obliged to prevent incidents such as destruction, misuse, unauthorised access, disclosure or alteration of personal data.

Upon termination of this contract, TERRADENT.RO undertakes to cease processing the data, except in cases where there is a legal obligation to continue processing the data or to exercise rights in court and/or before the public authorities with supervisory powers.

Force majeure and litigation

Neither contracting party shall be liable for non-performance of its contractual obligations if such non-performance is due to an event of force majeure. Force majeure is an unforeseeable event beyond the control of the parties and which cannot be avoided. This Contract is subject to Romanian law and is deemed to have been concluded in Romania. Any disputes arising between the Buyer and the Seller shall be settled amicably, and in the event that no agreement is reached in this way, the competent judicial courts at the Seller's registered office shall have jurisdiction. The parties may invoke and prove force majeure in accordance with the law, thus exonerating the parties from obligations - with the exception of the obligation to pay for goods delivered and services rendered until its occurrence - for the entire duration of the force majeure.


Any attempt to access the personal data of a user of the site, to modify the content of the site or to affect the performance of the server on which the site runs, is considered an attempt to defraud the site and will be subject to a criminal complaint to the police against the persons who are guilty of these acts.


SC TERRADENT SRL respects the laws in force regarding the confidentiality of data on the website and the provisions on personal data described in this document.

SC TERRADENT SRL undertakes not to transmit the personal data of site users to third parties. The data will be used only for the purpose of establishing contact with its customers and for processing orders as well as for the purpose of informing them about aspects related to the operation of the site, its offers and those described in the clause "Right to Processing of Personal Information" in this document.
