As with LuxaCore Z, the properties of LuxaPost material are based on the model of a natural tooth
- LuxaPost's low modulus of elasticity (a measure of elasticity or stiffness) corresponds closely to that of natural dentin.
This minimises stresses in the post-cement-root system and decreases the risk of root fracture.
- The high degree of transparency prevents the post from being visible through the tooth. Therefore it is not a barrier for aesthetic restorations.
- To meet the needs of the dentist, the new generation of LuxaPost is radio-opaque and pre-silanized. This simplifies handling and reduces treatment costs.
