for curing 3D printed works from photosensitive resins
SprintRay's ProCure 2 unit polymerizes dental works printed with light-sensitive resins.
Designed for optimal light curing of resins printed with the SprintRay range of printers
It's an incredibly fast machine, and thanks to the customized light source, it delivers heat instantly without the need for heating.
Active thermodynamics - thanks to advanced technology, ProCure is always at the optimal temperature. Active and passive thermodynamics work in perfect harmony - warm inside / cold outside.
The centerpiece of the ProCure 2 is the UVA light module, specially designed for the specific requirements of dental offices or laboratories. The triangular design provides 360 degree coverage for curing. The light system scans the entire curing oven, so that every area of the impression is properly post-cured.
A wonder of technology
The heart of the ProCure 2 - the Light Motion Drive, is a marvel of technology that produces 25 times more power than its predecessor ProCure 1. The patented, specially developed UVA light module produces a focused 385nm light in an almost perfectly uniform way.
When used in conjunction with SprintRay Pro S printers and the ProWash S wash station, you can go from scan to delivery in less than an hour. Designed for optimal light curing of resists printed with the SprintRay Pro 95S and Pro 55S range of printers.
It connects (like all other SprintRay devices) to WiFi and comes with a powerful on-board computer. The library is synchronized with the latest updates. It comes with a search function, so you can find the resin you want almost instantly.
The ProCure 2 utilizes a removable glass tray, which simplifies preparing and storing models/glosses, even when space is limited
