Ultra-Etch Refill Acid 30ml

Ultra-Etch from Ultradent is a 35% phosphoric acid gel.

It has an ideal viscosity, which facilitates precise application and superior control, which is helped by the use of the Blue Micro or Inspiral Brush applicator tips.

Ultra-Etch has the ability to limit the depth of acid etching (1.9μm, for an acid action time of 15 seconds), leading to regular demineralisation, so that adhesion strength is increased and the risk of sensitivity is decreased.

Recent studies show that Ultra-Etch is one of the best demineralising acids for the "total etch" technique.

Despite its vascularity, Ultra-Etch penetrates even the smallest grooves in the occlusal areas, thanks to its physical and chemical properties, which stimulate capillary activity. The viscosity of Ultra-Etch gel ensures sufficient thickness of the material layer to prevent premature drying.

Ultra-Etch acid can be placed in any area, including the lingual area in Class III restorations.

It is successfully used prior to the application of composites, sealants or adhesives.
