G5 is the perfect solution for effective desensitization of teeth with Class I and II direct posterior restorations when using 4th and 5th generation adhesives.

G5 works by coagulating plasma proteins contained in the fluid in the dentinal tubules. This coagulation forms a "plug", preventing the movement of the dentinal tubular fluid - the main cause of tooth sensitivity.

G5 is an aqueous desensitizing solution containing 5% glutaraldehyde with 35% HEMA (hydroxyethyl methacrylate)

Glutaraldehyde with HEMA has a profound in vivo antibacterial effect, which prevents the proliferation of bacteria between the tooth and the restoration

Eliminates postoperative sensitivity in direct posterior composite resin restorations

Eliminates sensitivity under temporary crowns and bridges

Does not affect the adhesion of resin cement to dentin in any way
