Remove each screw from the dispenser using the screwdriver and check the stability of its connection before inserting it into the oral cavity; pierce the bone with the calibrated sterile drill at the point chosen for the insertion of the screw, with a depth not greater than the length of the screw.

Squeeze the screw at the bottom to secure the flap, then remove the screwdriver.

At the end of the procedure, clean and disinfect the instruments used and sterilize them in an autoclave.

When screws are subsequently removed, they must not be reused.
