OneFlare Rotary needles for coronary pre-flaring

OneFlare is a NiTi rotating needle used at the beginning of root canal instrumentation to facilitate access. This stage of coronal pre-flaring is essential to avoid further tensioning of the needles during instrumentation, minimizing the risk of needle separation.

Thanks to its manufacturing technology and T-Wire Ni-Ti Ni-Ti alloy, OneFlare is up to 50% more flexible than other needles with similar indications. The separation resistance is also increased, making this tool safer to use.

Unique features

Maximum needle thickness does not exceed 1mm

Optimal ratio between tip thickness (too thin would increase the risk of separation) and maximum needle thickness (the maximum diameter is much smaller than other similar needles from competitors)

It is recommended for use in continuous rotation for coronary pre-flaring, at a speed between 250 and 400 rpm and with a maximum torque of 3 Ncm.
