Solder LV 15 bulk universal solder one piece

Solder LV 15 is a universal solder (not ceramizing) with a yellow color, available in rods with built-in flux.

Solder LV 15, like all Nobil Metal solders that have flux incorporated, is manufactured by the unique system of "impaturation" of thin alloy foil around a thin flux rod.

The "fold-up" system, ensures the tubular shape of the rod, but also allows the discharge of gases produced during melting of the alloy. Moreover, thanks to this process, at each soldering, the alloy does not harden at the end of the rod, creating small "explosions" caused by the gas that has nowhere to be evacuated, and forming a blockage between the alloy and the flux. The flux is special, prevents oxidation of the solder surface and leaves no traces after soldering.

Does not contain: Be, Cd, Pb, Cr, Cr, Co, Mo, Al.

Instructions for use:

Direct a very small flame at the area you wish to solder/solder. When the color starts to change to pink, insert the soldering wand from a horizontal direction, perpendicular to the flame. Due to the built-in flux, the glue will melt and flow immediately.
