CAD-CAM 3D Plus ML discs have 6 zirconia layers of different shades and degrees of strength and translucency, mimicking the characteristics of natural teeth.
They are recommended for monolithic/full-contour restorations of superior esthetics, strength and durability.
Features:
+ 6 layers with different shades for a natural look of the restorations
+ transparency of the layers gradually increases from 43& to 57%.
+ strength increases from 700 MPa to 1050MPa
+ used for anterior restorations, crowns and bridges, inlays, onlays
+ density after sintering: 6.07 ± 0.03g/cm3
+ recommended sintering temperature: 1500°C
+ extraordinary aesthetics
+ gradual increase in translucency ensures good coverage in the cervical area and higher translucency in the incisal area
+ hardness 1200HV
Compatible with a wide range of CAD-CAM systems such as Zircon, Sirona Inlab, KaVo, Amann Girrbach, Porland etc.
