CZR 441 System Kit

441 is more than just a zirconia ceramic kit, it is a system for micro-layering with ZERO cut-back, where the thickness of the layers is extremely small, in the order of tens of microns, which is unprecedented.

Take your aesthetics to the next level: create contrasts with internal colouring and achieve translucency and depth with opalescent liquid ceramics, even when using layers of minimum thickness (30 microns).

System 441 is based on the selection and combination of 9 ceramic shades from the Noritake CZR range, a selection validated by world-renowned ceramists.

The system contains:

- 4 x 3g CZR Internal Stain: A+, Incisal Blue, Earth Brown, Mamelon Orange 2

- 3 x 3g CZR FC Paste Stain: A+, Grayish Blue, Nipple Orange 2

- 1 x 5g CZR FC Paste Clear Glaze

- 1 x 10g Translucent opalescent CZR Luster LT1

- 1 x 10ml IS liquid

- 1 x 3g CZR Internal Stain Bright dilution

In short, you can use multiple techniques to individualize ceramic restorations on zirconia with only 9 shades!

The translucency, saturation and fluorescence of CZR Internal Stain colours can be easily adjusted using Bright Dilution to achieve effects, shadows and contrasts. CZR FC Paste Stain liquid ceramic enamels create depth effects and enhance internal colour, even in incredibly thin 30 micron layers.
